Simeon is an Architectural Assistant with international and UK-based experience across housing, retrofit and adaptive reuse. He has a strong interest in socially responsible design, construction detail and the practical delivery of architecture.

He has gained hands-on construction experience through the design and delivery of a house renovation in Trinidad and Tobago, working within a tropical climate and developing a strong understanding of building fundamentals. In the UK, Simeon has worked on housing and community projects, contributing to tender packages, technical drawings and Design and Access Statements. His studies at the London School of Architecture further developed his interest in community-led design, alongside earlier residential work in Greece.

Simeon enjoys collaborative working and is keen to continue developing his technical and design skills as part of the team at Garnett Netherwood Architects. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking Caribbean food and sharing meals with friends and family.
