We are proud to announce the successful completion of our latest interior design fitout for Landmark at Wogan House, a historic building with a legacy as the UK base for the first trans-atlantic colour television satellite communications.
Our design ethos embraced "a comforting and simple aesthetic accentuated by colourful details and textures," honouring the building’s rich history whilst establishing a space that supports modern, flexible working. The design seamlessly merges timeless elegance with forward-thinking functionality, offering an environment that inspires creativity, collaboration, and comfort.
A Warm Welcome
Step into a world of timeless elegance with this beautifully designed reception space that effortlessly blends classic sophistication with modern charm.
The green-and-white checkered marble flooring immediately captures attention, providing a bold yet refined foundation. Above, the intricately detailed ceiling, paired with warm pendant lighting, creates a sense of luxury.
At the centre, the sleek reception desk exudes understated elegance, serving as a focal point of the room. To the side, the inviting teapoint area, with its rich wood finishes and contemporary accents, adds warmth and functionality.
The muted green walls, adorned with subtle panelling and curated artwork, tie the design together, creating a harmonious balance of style and comfort. This space embodies the perfect intersection of form and function.
Design Highlights
The new fitout is underpinned by three guiding principles:
Supporting New Ways of Working
The space is designed to accommodate a variety of activities, from desk work to collaborative meetings and quiet focus zones, enabling a truly dynamic work experience.
Promoting Wellbeing and Safety
A thoughtful layout and curated materials enhance comfort and peace of mind, fostering a sense of well-being.
Allowing for Future Flexibility
The design anticipates evolving needs, ensuring the space remains relevant and adaptable for years to come.
Beyond Four Walls
The result is a workspace that transcends traditional office design, creating an environment where employees and clients alike feel both comfortable and energised.
The space celebrates human connection and adaptability, reflecting modern work cultures while remaining rooted in the building’s iconic legacy.
As GNA continues to deliver transformative workplace solutions, our approach for Wogan House demonstrates the value of blending heritage, innovation, and functionality to craft spaces that inspire.
