Lana joined the GNA team in April 2026 after completing her four-year Architecture degree at the University of Leeds and gaining experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant at another practice. Originally from Syria, Lana’s appreciation for architecture has been shaped by the country’s rich cultural and architectural history, inspiring her interest in how heritage and identity can inform contemporary design. Since relocating to the UK in 2015, Leeds has become a second home and continues to influence and inspire her creative approach.
At GNA, Lana is looking forward to developing her experience further and learning from the practice’s expertise as she continues her architectural journey towards qualification.
Outside of work, Lana enjoys arts and crafts and spending time with friends and family.
